Founded in 1911, our committee offers first aid and social health care, operating in the emergency (118) and in ordinary services. Works with social services, shelters and public emergencies, and provides first aid training. In the last ten years, he has specialized in the care of elderly people and disabled people through telehelp.

AmbulatorioKmZero is the experimental project born from the collaboration between the CRI Committees of Basso Lario, Cantù, Grandate, Menaggio, Montorfano and Uggiate Trevano to offer health services of low complexity able to fit effectively among the services not provided by basic doctors but that nevertheless do not require the complexity of hospital structures. To now remained active only the clinic of Cantù and Uggiate Trevano.
The activation of services is subject to an appointment agreed with an operator.
