The Association is non-profit, independent, apolitical, non-partisan, non-denominational. The aims of the Association are: a) Promote the practice of photography; b) promote knowledge of photographic expression with exhibitions and screenings; c) promote exchanges of photographic images with other people and/or associations in order to improve the photographic eye of the amateur; d) contribute photographically to cultural initiatives and collaborate with all public or private bodies that deal with culture; e) promote photography exhibitions and competitions; f) collaborate with educational directorates in order to train young people in photography.
