The Colisseum Dimensione Movimento Social Cooperative was founded in Como in 1990 by a group of physical education teachers, with the aim of integrating knowledge, skills and job opportunities in the field of initiation, education and practice of motor and sports disciplines.

- For children, there are Babysplash courses: introductory swimming courses, where they can learn to swim in a safe and stimulating environment.
- For adults, there are advanced courses, intensive training sessions and various courses including aquagym, hydrobike, aquafitness activities and many others.

The Cooperative offers differently structured psychomotor courses to help the child in his growth path, taking into account his age and his abilities, but above all his uniqueness.

Dance classes
- Baby dance 3/4 years: it is the basis of classical and modern dance. Through movement, music and play, children work on concentration, expressiveness and posture.
- Pre-classical dance 5/6 years: the course engages students with different exercises in order to acquire fluency and grace, reaching a harmonious perfection of movements
- Classical Dance: 6/7 years; 8+ years; 9/12 years; pre-academic.
- Modern Dance: activity full of energy and discipline. This course aims to prepare young students for different musical rhythms and for a body expression outside the canons that classical study imposes, in order to strengthen the physique, increase the coordination of movements and increase the agility of the body; 5/6 years, 7/9 years, 9/12 years 12+ years, pre-academic.
- Contemporary (beginners) 9+ years
Contemporary dance is the result of the evolution of modern dance, from which it inherits the inclination towards freedom of movement and the emphasis on the expressive abilities of the dancers. - Barre on the floor: a study technique that takes inspiration from the work done in classical dance. The practice of this technique produces many benefits and is often used to support all dance lessons.
- HIP HOP: is a specific type of movement that expresses concepts following rhythmic tempos and cadences (rappers); 6/7 years, 8/11 years, 12+ years, intermediate/advanced.
- Break Dance: is a dynamic style of dance. Breaking is one of the major elements of hip hop culture, commonly associated, although different, with other styles of funk dance; for beginners and Intermediate/Advanced.
