The Italian Christian Workers’ Associations were born in 1944 thanks to the thought and commitment of Achille Grandi from Como. They base their action for the advancement of workers and the last on fidelity to the Church, work and democracy; they work for a society in which the integral development of every person must be ensured according to democracy and justice. the ACLI in Como, want to offer themselves as a place to “understand and share” in which it is possible to combine “thought with service”, put together “head and heart”, memory and future.
