Soglia ODV is an association that provides support and services to people in need, promoting social inclusion and well-being. Through assistance, training and volunteer programs, the association works to improve the quality of life of vulnerable people by providing them with resources and opportunities to overcome situations of distressOffers courses and training to develop skills in volunteering.
Available services
School support
After-school service in primary schools, middle schools of Cantù and school support for high school students at the Liceo Artistico Melotti.
The service is aimed at all those who need support at school level.
Through social services defined by conventions and co-designs.
Support to struggling families
A group of supportive families who are willing to accompany fragile families towards autonomy.
Families with frailty are identified by the Social Services and are families that do not have a decree from the court for foster care.
The volunteer families meet in mutual aid groups and are accompanied by a social worker, a psychologist and an educator.
Volunteering Promotion
Offers courses and training to develop skills in volunteering.
One of the core activities of the Association is to train volunteers, especially young people from high schools. A training course is proposed to deepen the themes of the educational relationship.
