SIL

The main objectives of the Service for Employment (SIL) and Social Inclusion include:

• The social inclusion of vulnerable groups and large marginalization through training and employment
• Social promotion and awareness-raising within the productive world to create opportunities for inclusion
• The mediation between the needs of the people in charge and those of the companies to implement effective employment projects
• The establishment of a relationship of help with the person for the realization of an individual path shared with the existing Support Network and/ or to promote
• The promotion of the emancipation of the person so that he can become autonomous and independent from aid services
